Letters To Raffi

From Kingston, Ontario ...

I am a Beluga child celebrator, as well as being a very lucky Beluga grandparent. I've been working in child care for many years. The children bring me their love and exploration of life, accenting each day with their music and dance.

Child honouring to me, is opening my eyes to the stunning beauty in each little one. And it is recognizing that many children are at risk of being hurt or hungry. Child honouring is staying awake to the realities of war and poverty and responding in ways I am able. Child honouring is believing in the promise of a fair and peaceful world, and actively teaching my little ones that conflict can be resolved without violence.
